Protherics was formed in September 1999 through the merger of Proteus International PLC and Therapeutic Antibodies Inc.

5. When does Protherics' report its financial results? 
The Protherics financial year end is the 31 March and results are usually reported at the beginning of June. The half year end is 30 September and the interim statement is usually published at the end of November or beginning of December.

7. How can I buy and sell Protherics' shares?

8. I hold Protherics PLC 6% unsecured convertible loan notes 2010 which were issued following the acquisition of Enact Pharma Plc. Are the loan notes now convertible into ordinary shares in Protherics PLC?
Your loan notes are convertible into ordinary shares in Protherics PLC at a price of 25p per share.  If you wish to convert your loan notes, you should contact the Company’s Registrars at the address above and they will explain the process to you.

9. If I have an old share certificate in the name of Proteus International PLC, is it still valid? 
Your share certificate is still valid and will be accepted in the normal way.
